Terms of Service

Effective May 19, 2026 · the agreement between you and LeadDevise.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LeadDevise website at leaddevise.com, the dashboard, the API, and all related services (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Imad Benzrak ("we", "us", "LeadDevise") from Tangier, Morocco.

By creating an account, running a search, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. Who can use LeadDevise

  • You must be at least 16 years old.
  • You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
  • You must not be located in a country under comprehensive US / EU / UN sanctions (currently: Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Crimea / Donetsk / Luhansk regions of Ukraine).
  • If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

2. What the Service does

LeadDevise extracts publicly-available contact information from public profiles across major social and business platforms. You provide a keyword (a niche, job title, hashtag) plus an optional location; we surface the public-data results our engine finds and deliver them to your dashboard as structured rows.

  • Public sources covered: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X / Twitter, Google Maps, broad Google search, job-title-targeted search, and a multi-channel rollup.
  • For each delivered row, you receive (where available): name, profile URL, business email, phone number, and platform-specific fields like job title, company, or business hours.
  • We never log into any social platform, automate browser sessions on your accounts, or touch private data behind authentication. Your social accounts can stay fully signed out and the Service still works.
  • Results can be exported as CSV, pushed to an outbound webhook of your choice, or pulled via our REST API.

What the Service does NOT do: guarantee a specific number of results for any given query, guarantee deliverability on cold-email sends, replace consent-based outreach you may be required to obtain in your jurisdiction, or warrant that any individual contact is willing to be contacted. We surface public signals — you remain responsible for how you use them.

3. Your account

  • You're responsible for keeping your password and API keys secret.
  • You're responsible for everything that happens on your account, including the searches you run, the leads you store, and any outreach you send using the results.
  • Notify us at [email protected] immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • One person per account. No account sharing across companies.

4. Credits, pricing, and payment

The Service runs on prepaid credits. You buy a credit pack via Stripe or PayPal; credits sit in your account until spent. Pricing is simple and uniform across all sources:

  • 1 credit = 1 delivered lead. A "delivered lead" is a row containing at least a name plus either an email or a phone number.
  • Empty rows are free. If a profile in the result set has no usable contact information, you are not charged a credit for it — only delivered rows count.
  • All credits unlock every source (Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Maps, TikTok, YouTube, X, multi-channel, etc.) and every export channel (CSV, webhook, REST API). There is no tier-gating.

Credits never expire. Prices are shown in USD and exclude VAT / sales tax where applicable (collected at checkout by Stripe / PayPal). All sales are final once credits are added to your balance, subject to the refund policy below.

5. Refund policy

We offer two refund paths:

  • Automatic empty-row credit-back— every result row that does not meet the "delivered lead" threshold (name plus email or phone) is free. You are never charged for empty rows in the first place; nothing to refund.
  • Unused-credits cash refund — within 14 days of purchase, you can email [email protected] to request a refund of any untouched credits to your original payment method. Credits already spent on delivered leads are not eligible for cash refund — the value was already delivered to you in the form of contact rows.

Refunds reach your card / PayPal within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

6. Acceptable use

You may NOT use the Service to:

  • Run searches intended to enable harassment, stalking, doxxing, threats, or any form of abuse targeting an individual.
  • Build target lists for political voter suppression, disinformation campaigns, or election interference.
  • Send outreach that violates anti-spam law in the destination jurisdiction (CAN-SPAM, GDPR / ePrivacy, CASL, Australia's Spam Act, etc.). Cold outreach to publicly-listed business contacts is generally permitted; consumer or sensitive-category outreach typically is not. You are responsible for knowing the rules that apply to you.
  • Re-sell or redistribute delivered leads as a standalone data product (you may include them in your own outbound workflow; you may not rebrand them as your own lead-gen database).
  • Process contacts in sensitive special categories under GDPR (health, sexual orientation, religion, etc.) where doing so would require explicit consent you don't have.
  • Combine our results with private or stolen data to enrich identities in ways that exceed what public profiles disclose.
  • Resell or rebrand the Service as your own without a written commercial agreement.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or DDoS the Service.
  • Use the Service to violate any law applicable in your jurisdiction, our jurisdiction (Morocco), or the US.

We can suspend or terminate accounts (with or without refund, depending on the violation) at our discretion when these rules are broken.

7. Third-party integrations you connect

When you connect an outbound webhook endpoint, CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close, etc.), or automation tool (Zapier, n8n, Make) to LeadDevise:

  • You authorize us to forward delivered leads to that destination on your behalf, scoped to what your search returned.
  • You remain solely responsible for downstream processing — including any outreach you send after the leads arrive in your CRM, and any consent / legal-basis obligations attached to that outreach.
  • If a third-party platform suspends your account because of how you used the leads after delivery, our liability is capped at the credits you spent retrieving them (see §10).

8. Intellectual property

  • Yours stays yours. The queries you run and the delivered lead rows in your account are yours — you may use them for your own outreach, store them, or import them into your CRM. We claim no ownership of the rows.
  • Ours stays ours. The LeadDevise name, logo, source code, lead-extraction pipeline, scraper engine, and product UI are our property. You may not copy, redistribute, or build a competing product using our code.
  • Feedback you give us is ours to use — bug reports, feature requests, suggestions. We can implement and ship them without owing you anything.

9. Service availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee a specific uptime percentage. Planned maintenance is announced in-app where possible. We may suspend the Service without notice to protect users, comply with the law, or fix critical security issues.

We also depend on third-party providers (Google, Stripe, Cloudflare, Supabase, etc.). Outages in those services may temporarily affect parts of LeadDevise. We do our best to route around problems but can't prevent them.

10. Disclaimer of warranties & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of search engine outcomes.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the Service (regardless of theory — contract, tort, statutory) is limited to the greater of (a) USD $100, or (b) the total amount you actually paid us in the 6 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are never liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, lost-profits, lost-revenue, lost-data, or punitive damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeadDevise, its founder, and any future employees or contractors from any claim, loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service, (b) content you submitted or published through the Service, (c) your violation of these Terms, and (d) your violation of any third party's rights.

12. Termination

  • You may close your account at any time from /dashboard/settings. Untouched credits within the 14-day window are refundable as cash; consumed credits are not.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or for any abuse pattern we consider serious.
  • On termination, your data is deleted within 30 days, except billing records we're legally required to keep (7 years).

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms — usually to add new features, clarify language, or reflect new legal requirements. Material changes will be announced by email and in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be brought before the competent courts of Tangier, Morocco.

For EU consumers: nothing in this section deprives you of mandatory consumer protections you enjoy under your local law. You may also bring claims in the courts of your country of residence.

15. Miscellaneous

  • Entire agreement. These Terms (plus the Privacy Policy) are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
  • Severability. If a court rules any part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
  • No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
  • Assignment. You can't assign these Terms without our consent. We can assign them in connection with an acquisition or restructuring.
  • Force majeure. Neither side is liable for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, war, large-scale internet outages, government action).
